Since launching The Pommier two years ago, we've been so lucky to shine a light on some incredible jewellery designers who put passion at the core of everything that they do. We're always on the look out for cool new brands, so we've compiled a list of 8 new jewellery designers to watch.

Noritamy is a contemporary jewellery brand that finds inspiration in art, architecture and sculpture. Their collections compare and contrast modern aesthetics with contemporary techniques, producing dramatic, theatrical pieces. Since launching in 2007, the brand has been featured in magazines including Vogue Italia and Harper’s Bazaar, and counts Rita Ora, Nicole Scherzinger and Clara Amfo as regular customers.

Ekria Jewelry

Ekria is a jewellery brand that was founded with the aim of creating timeless classics for men and women. The brand’s design ethos is one of simplicity, rejecting flourishes and embracing the subtleties of minimalist design. This made Ekria a natural choice for one of our 8 new jewellery designers to watch.

Nina Kastens

Nina Kastens stands for timeless but modern jewellery. Each piece in Kastans' collections is made from sterling silver and gold vermeil, combining tradition with innovation. New York City, the world’s hub for architecture, culture and design, has been the greatest inspiration for Nina’s jewellery designs, giving her an endless source of inspiration.

Talia Naomi

Talia Naomi started her brand after becoming frustrated at the lack of choice available to women when selecting jewellery. She set out to create a solid gold jewellery line for the modern woman who values quality and beauty. Naomi’s collections are crafted from 14-18 ct gold and offer luxury jewellery at affordable prices. This meant that she simply had to be one of our 8 jewellery designers to watch.

Smith / Grey

SMITH/GREY is a fine jewellery studio based between London and Vienna. Design duo SMITH/GREY started their brand from a kitchen table in North London, and have become known for creating striking jewellery pieces that cater to both women and men. Since then, SMITH/GREY have been featured in publications including i-D, Dazed and Elle.

Jenny Sweetnam

Jenny Sweetnam is a contemporary jewellery brand based in London. Sweetnam’s designs are defined by a graphic aesthetic and bold style, using innovative methods to create striking pieces that interact with the human form. Sold in London and internationally, Sweetnam’s pieces have been featured in publications including Vogue and The Guardian, so we just had to include her as one of our 8 new jewellery designers to watch.

Justine Clenquet

Born in North of France, Justine Clenquet studied fashion design at ESAA Duperré in Paris before launching her eponymous jewellery label in 2010. Clenquet’s designs explore the punk aesthetic, creating new classics with a rebellious influence. Sold worldwide, Clinquet’s designs have even been seen on Lady Gaga. With fans like Gaga, how could we not list Clenquet as one of our 8 new jewellery designers to watch?!

Edge Only

True to its name, Edge Only is a luxury jewellery brand with an edge. Founded by DJ Jenny Huston, Edge Only pieces are made from solid gold and sterling silver, higlighting the individual style and personality of the wearer. Believing that ethical practices should be integral to luxury products, all of Edge Only’s design and production is done responsibly in Ireland.
