9 Movies To Watch This Christmas

Nothing gets you into the Christmas Spirit like cozying up on the sofa with your loved ones, heating turned UP whilst watching your favourite Christmas Flicks.
If you're looking for some movie inspiration, we would love to help and have compiled our own list of 9 movies to watch this Christmas.
1) Ernest Saves Christmas (1988)
Follow hapless taxi driver Ernest Worrell as he ventures to find a replacement for an aging and forgetful Santa Claus.
2) Scrooged (1988)
The modernised rendition of Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol, good ol' Bill Murray plays a grumpy TV executive who's haunted by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. Will a night of zonked-out horror convince the heartless Frank to change his ways?
3) Miracle on 34th Street (1994)
Miracle on 34th Street is a 1994 American Christmas fantasy film written and produced by John Hughes, and directed by Les Mayfield and the story begins when Kris Kringle spies the Cole's Department Store and see's Santa Claus drinking heavily before his appearance in the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade, he's outraged. With moments to go, the department store chooses Kris to stand in for Saint Nick and he becomes an overnight sensation. That is, until he begins to claim he's actually Santa Claus.
4) You've Got Mail (1998)
Struggling bookseller Kathleen Kelly hates Joe Fox because he is the owner of a corporate Foxbooks chain store that just moved in across the street. But when they meet in an anonymous chat room, it's love at first type but, they don't actually know they are speaking with each other! Eventually Joe learns that the enchanting woman he's involved with online is actually his business nemesis and he begins to struggle to reconcile his real-life dislike for her with the cyber love he begins to feel.
5) Love Actually (2003)
Nine intertwined stories examine the one emotion that connects us all: love. When it hits Christmas time in London we get to experience it from all points of view; The Prime Minister with a ex-rockstar to the relationship of a grieving dad and his step-son. Love Actually has a strong cast featuring Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Liam Neeson and more.
6) Christmas with the Kranks (2004)

7) Just Friends (2005)
We couldn't help ourselves with this holiday themed rom-com when a once-overweight man returns to his hometown for Christmas, all thin and full of a newfound confidence, he tries to woo his lifelong crush. Does it all work out?
8) A Very Murray Christmas (2015)
Yup, Bill Murray is becoming a Christmas fav with this second movie of his in our list. Basically, Mr Murray wakes up on the day of his live holiday special and realizes a storm has snowed in most of his guests, you'd think it'd be chaos. But with a little song, dance and special appearances by a few major celebs, it turns out a snowstorm isn't that bad after all.
9) The Grinch (2000)
We still can't believe this was made over 16 years ago... que that "old feeling". The reclusive green Grinch decides to ruin Christmas for the cheery citizens of Whoville. Reluctantly joined by his hapless dog, Max, the Grinch comes down from his mountaintop home and sneaks into town to swipe everything holiday-related from the Whos Family. However, the bitter grump finds a hitch in his plans when he encounters the endearing Cindy Lou Who played by the adorable Taylor Momsen.
