10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

10.1 The following happens to accounts upon suspension

  1. Account access is restricted
  2. The sellers products are no longer available for sale
  3. The sellers items are no longer insured
  4. The sellers sales payments are withheld
  5. The sellers membership is due in full within 7 days
  6. The seller is responsible for 100% of all refunds

 

Reasons an account could be suspended for include but not limited to the following:

 

10.2 Asking users for their personal information

If a seller has asked users for their personal information including email address, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.3 Asking users to send money

If a seller has requested a direct payment from the user, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.4 Providing inappropriate customer service

If a seller has provided inappropriate customer service, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.5 Disingenuous to customer

If a seller is being disingenuous to users, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.6 Asking users to visit stores or websites outside of The Pommier

If a seller has asked a user to visit store or website that is not The Pommier, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.7 Selling fake or counterfeit goods

If a seller is selling fake or counterfeit goods, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.8 Violated Designers or Retail Terms & Conditions & Sellers Policy

If a seller is taking advantage of policies The Pommier has set in place for their own profit, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.9 Related account is suspended

If a seller is linked to another seller who's account is suspended, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.10 High refund ratio

If a seller has a high refund ratio, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.11 High auto refund ratio

If a seller has a high auto refund ratio, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.12 Using unconfirmed tracking numbers

If a seller uses unconfirmed tracking numbers, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.13 Sending empty packages to users

If a seller is sending empty packages to users, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.14 Using fake tracking numbers

If a seller is using fake tracking numbers, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.15 Sending packages to the wrong address

If a seller has an unacceptably high number of packages sent to the wrong address, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.16 High Late Confirmed Fulfilment Rate

If a seller has an unacceptably high late confirmed fulfilment rate, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.17 High Ratio of Prohibited Products and/or Fake Tracking Orders

If a seller has an unacceptably high percentage of orders from prohibited products and/or orders shipped with fake tracking, their sellers account is subject to suspension, withheld payments, and decreased impressions for products. Prohibited products include but are not limited to misleading products.

 

10.18 Abusing, threatening, bribing, blackmailing, harassing or deceiving staff or users

If a seller is abusing, threatening, bribing, blackmailing, harassing or deceiving staff or users, the sellers account is at risk of suspension.

 

10.19 Failure to pay membership or fee's

If a seller fails to pay membership or fee's on time, the seller is at risk of suspension.

 

10.20 Selling exotic animal based products or products that are considered unethical

If a seller is selling items that are considered unethical or using exotic animal furs the sellers is at risk of suspension.
