Delivery

Our designers aim to dispatch your new accessories within 5 business days. Most items are individually made personally for you so as you can imagine they may take a little longer. This will vary depending on the designer. On each product page in the description there will be a section that says Delivery, here you will get a better idea of when your order will be dispatched. Some items may have specific dates and others may say Standard or Made-to-Order which is interpreted below; 

STANDARD - it can take up to 14 days to be made and dispatched.

MADE-TO-ORDER - Usually on bespoke items where materials need to be sourced so can take up to 6 weeks in extreme cases.

Note: If you are purchasing from a designer outside of your own country, you may be liable for import taxes.

When your items have been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking ID with a link to the delivery companies website where you can track your order all the way to your door.

 

Returns

We hope you will always be happy with every purchase you make, however, we understand people change their mind from time to time so if you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please let us know within two days. If you have received the product and wish to return it, please keep the item in the same condition with all original packaging and contact us via email at support@thepommier.com within 14 days.

Please Note: We are unable to offer a refund for items that have been tailored for you.
