4. MEMBERSHIP

The Pommier offers its sellers a choice of membership options to use its services. Memberships are agreed for a fixed period of time and are required to be selected before accessing our dashboard and using our facilities.

 

4.1 Online Membership

Online membership gives sellers access to: There own shop page on The Pommier's website, there own dashboard to manage products, inventory, sales and customer service

Sellers using this service from 10th December 2018 are bound by a 12 month membership agreement 

 

4.2 Marketing Membership

Marketing membership is a fixed 12 month plan and it gives sellers access to: There own shop page on The Pommier's website, there own dashboard to manage products, inventory, sales and customer service, Inclusion in paid advertising campaigns, inclusion in paid re-targeting adverts, inclusion in photoshoots and social media, to be pitched to press, pitched to influencers, pitched to bloggers

Sellers using this service from 10th December 2018 are bound by a 12 month membership agreement 

 

4.3 Retail Membership

Retail membership is a fixed 6 month plan and it gives sellers access to: There own shop page on The Pommier's website, there own dashboard to manage products, inventory, sales and customer service, Inclusion in paid advertising campaigns, inclusion in paid re-targeting adverts, inclusion in photoshoots and social media, to be pitched to press, pitched to influencers, pitched to bloggers, 45 x 40cm display space in one of our retail locations, public liability insurance, product liability insurance, business rates, utilities, display props.

Sellers using this service from 10th December 2018 are bound by a 6 month membership agreement

 

4.4 If a seller chooses a membership via the dashboard the membership and it's terms are activated.

If a seller chooses a membership via the dashboard the membership and it's terms including it's payment and notice periods are binding from that moment.

 

4.5 Sellers must make payments for memberships on time

If a seller delays payments for memberships their account will be temporarily disabled until the outstanding membership is paid. Whilst your account is suspended, all services included in your membership plan will be stopped. This includes access to your dashboard, product listings removed and insurance suspended.

If a seller continues to fail to make payments on time their account will be suspended.

 

4.6 Sellers must have an active membership to use our facilities and services

If a seller deactivates their membership manually or without agreeing it with The Pommier in writing they will not be able to access our services or be covered by our agreement.

 

4.7 Membership payments are strictly non-refundable

Membership fee's give you access to additional services to help you advertise your products and reach more users. Membership does not guarantee you sales, sales are determined by how you present your products to users and the demand for your items. At any point, membership is strictly non-refundable and is to be paid in full unless agreed to be paid monthly or quarterly by The Pommier. If a payment plan is agreed for sellers and your account is suspended for any reason, you are liable to pay the remainder of the membership in full.

 

4.8 Sellers must provide notice to cancel a membership

Sellers are obliged to notify The Pommier of any intent to cancel a membership. Cancellation must be clear and in writing a minimum of 1 full calendar month before the renewal date of the agreement otherwise the membership will automatically renew on the same terms.

If you cancel your membership before the end term is due, you will be liable to pay the remainder of your membership in full within 7 days from when you issue your cancellation request.

If you manually deactivate your membership before the end term is due, you will be liable to pay the remainder of your membership in full within 7 days from when you issue your cancellation request.
