7. REFUND POLICY

Online, customers may change their mind from time to time. By law, you must allow the user a minimum of 14 days from the date they receive an order to change their mind and return an item to you.

On our platform, we use the same returns policies as you currently offer on your own platforms as long as the date is a minimum of 14 days. If you offer free returns on your website, you must offer free returns on ours etc.

It is your responsibility to manage the returns process between our users and once an item has arrived back to you, you must contact us to confirm so a refund can be issued.

Other than a user simply changing their mind, there can be other reasons a user would request a refund, you are responsible to manage and ship items to our users and we have outlined below the possibilities you should familiarize yourself with to avoid being fined or suspended.

 

7.1 Orders are not eligible for payment if a refund is issued before the order is confirmed shipped

If an order is refunded before the order is confirmed shipped, the order is not eligible for payment. To be eligible for payment the order must be confirmed shipped on The Pommier before the refund occurred.

 

7.2 Any order refunded by the seller is not eligible for payment

If an order is refunded by the seller, the seller will not be paid for the order.

 

7.3 Sellers are responsible for any refund on orders without valid or accurate tracking information

If an order has invalid, inaccurate or missing tracking information, the seller is responsible to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

  

7.4 Sellers are responsible for any refund on an order which is fulfilled late

If the user cancels and order as it was shipped later than the time frames listed in the sellers product descriptions, the seller is to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

 

7.5 Sellers are responsible for any refund on an order with excessively delayed delivery

It is the sellers responsibility to use a reputable and speedy shipping method. If it is found that an order is cancelled as the shipment was excessively delays, the seller agrees to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier 

 

7.6 Sellers are responsible for any refund due to a sending the wrong size 

If a refund occurs due to the seller sending a customer the wrong size item, the seller is responsible and is to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

 

7.7 Sellers are responsible for 100% of any refund on an order that the seller engaged in fraudulent activity

If a seller is in engaging in fraudulent activity, or circumventing revenue share they are responsible for 100% of the cost of any refund on the fraudulent orders.

 

7.8 Sellers are responsible for any refund for items arriving damaged

If a refund occurs because the item arrived damaged, the seller is responsible to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

 

7.9 Sellers are responsible for any refund for items not matching the listing

If a refund occurs because the item does not match the product listing, the seller is responsible to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

  

7.10 If an account is suspended, the seller is responsible for 100% of any refund

If a refund occurs while the sellers account is suspended, the seller is responsible for 100% of the cost of the refund.

 

7.11 Sellers are responsible for 100% of any refund for products that are marked as counterfeit

Selling counterfeit products is prohibited on The Pommier. Products that infringe on intellectual property are removed and sellers are responsible for 100% of the cost of refunds for the products.

 

7.12 Sellers are responsible for any refund for items that are sent to the wrong address

If a refund occurs because the item was sent to the wrong address, the seller is responsible to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier

 

7.13 Sellers are responsible for any refund for items that are shipped incompletely

If a refund occurs because the order shipped was incomplete, the seller is responsible to pay a £5 cancellation fee to The Pommier. An incomplete order is an order where the seller did not ship the correct quantity of items or did not ship all parts of an item.

7.14 If a seller declines an order after it has been placed by a user the seller is responsible for the service fee

If a seller declines an order that has been placed by a user then the seller will be responsible to pay the service fee for the order to The Pommier. The service fee is the agreed commission or percentage for obtaining you the sale on our platform.
