About The Designer

Eina Ahluwalia's jewellery is a personal and social activism, created from the soul and inspired by life. Their themes revolve around feminism and spirituality, and our pieces are sometimes subliminal and sometimes loud messages to the wearer and the world. They are meant to give people a strong yet beautiful way to wear a personal reminder or a point of view.

Eina  Ahluwalia trained under the pioneering conceptual jeweller Ruudt Peters in Holland, and studied at Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School in Florence, Italy. David Lamb - MD, Jewellery at World Gold Council has picked her as one of the hottest talents to watch out for.

Her jewellery has graced the likes of New York-based fashion entrepreneur Fern Mallis, former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, model Dree Hemingway, British pop sensation Delilah and Indian film industry A-listers such as Freida Pinto, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and more.

In the face of the terrible things happening around us we often feel crushed and think “I’m just one person, what can I do? Nothing I do can possibly make a difference.” But every little action sets off a chain of events, each with their own effects, adding up to something somewhere that we could probably never ever imagine. Everything adds up, even a drop that causes a tiny ripple can become a wave, and gentle but persistent waves can reshape rocks.
So we need to not let it pass, not let it go, not close our eyes or blind our soul, and stop the injustices we see, everyday in every way, stand up and do what’s right even though it takes our time, involvement and action. We need to make the more difficult choice of choosing restraint over aggression, patience over judgement, compassion over hatred, gratitude over greed, generosity even in the face of hostility. We need to live more consciously, to reduce, repair, recycle and remember that every single being is precious, that we are interdependant, and we were meant to coexisist and share this planet together. All of this without obligation, without moral arrogance, and not with a purpose to achieve greatness, but to start a small change in the chain of events, to right the things that are wrong with the world.
